> EvimKolay is a Turkish site and apartment management platform for managers, property owners, tenants, and residents. It brings dues, income and expenses, announcements, requests, and daily operations into one role-based system.

The canonical website is https://evimkolay.net and its public content is primarily in Turkish. Use the pages below for current product information. Private account, resident, management, and super-administrator pages are intentionally excluded.

Important product context:

- Financial records preserve an audit trail; corrections use linked reversing entries instead of silently deleting history.
- Access is separated by role, site, and unit.
- The platform covers dues, collections, income and expenses, announcements, requests, maintenance, assets, vehicles, guests, staff, and service contracts.
- Direct bank integration is on the roadmap and is not currently presented as generally available.
